REFUND POLICY
Each oil painting is an original and slight imperfections in paint are to be expected and give the art its unique quality. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on FINE ART sales. All sales of original oil paintings are final. Payment must be made in full by credit card before goods will be shipped. All sales are final. Purchasers must notify Barn Art Studios in writing within 7 days of purchasers receipt of artwork if it has been damaged during delivery. Date of claim shall be established by postmark. Claims received after such date will be honored at the sole discretion of Barn Art Studios. In the absence of such claim, it will be assumed that the art was received as described by Barn Art Studios.

DISCLAIMER WARRANTIES
All materials sold from the Site are provided "AS-IS" without a warranty of any kind, express or implied. Do not attempt to ingest or eat paint. Hang in a location away from, and out of reach of children.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. Barn Art Studios assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your use of the site or your downloading of any materials from the site.

THIRD PARTY SITES
Barn Art Studios has no control over and is not responsible for the content of any off-site pages linked to the site.
